Johnson Outdoors Inc. acquired Seabear Diving Technology, a dive innovation start-up specializing in the development of underwater instrumentation through unique application of new and emerging technologies. Founder and principal, Arne Sieber, will join the company's Diving unit which makes and markets Scubapro branded dive equipment sold in over 80 countries.
