Johnson Health Tech promoted Andrew Kolman to VP of global product development and Patty Parrott to VP of global marketing.

Kolman will oversee global product management, development and industrial design, focusing primarily on the Matrix product portfolio. Kolman, a long-tenured employee working on the product development team, recently led technology development for retail and commercial segments, developing and producing the Matrix Connected Solutions portfolio of products. Kolman also developed several global partnerships to enhance the company’s position in systems integration, customized implementation solutions for global commercial customers, and digital training content compatibility.

Parrott will continue to oversee the global brand marketing team, which she helped develop in 2010. The group drives brand strategy and marketing, international marketing and product training, creative design, digital marketing, web development, group programming and education. Parrott also works as the company’s U.S. subsidiary’s VP of customer experience.
