Johnnie-O, the apparel lifestyle brand, appointed Dave Neville as senior vice president of marketing. In his new role, Neville will be based at the company’s design center and East Coast headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, and report directly to CEO John Collins.

Neville brings over two decades of experience in marketing and brand management, with a career that includes senior roles at Callaway Golf, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market share and leading product launches. His expertise in the golf industry—where he successfully managed multi-million-dollar product lines, including the Epic Woods and Paradym family of products—will be invaluable to Johnnie-O as it continues strengthening its presence in the golf community and beyond.

Neville has also been at the forefront of digital and social media trends and content marketing, hosting the Callaway Talks YouTube show and The Fitting Room podcast. His experience aligns with Johnnie-O’s heritage and passionate customer base, many of whom share a deep connection to the sport.

John Collins, CEO of Johnnie-O, expressed his enthusiasm for Neville’s addition to the company’s leadership team, “We are thrilled to have Dave join us as our SVP of Marketing. His proven track record of driving growth and deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer engagement aligns perfectly with our vision for Johnnie-O. We are confident that our marketing efforts will reach new heights under Dave’s leadership, further establishing Johnnie-O in the hearts and minds of our consumers.”

“Johnnie-O is a brand that I’ve admired for years. The quality of the product and the passion for the Johnnie-O brand are truly unique in the industry, said Neville. I look forward to working with the talented team at Johnnie-O to build on the brand’s success and deliver our story to a wider audience.”
