John Georger will be joining Felt Racing as its East Coast General & Sales Manager beginning September 1. John comes to Felt with extensive bicycle industry experience, most recently as the National Sales Manager for Giant Bicycle. Prior to his tenure at Giant (2001-2004), John was East Coast Sales & Operations Manager for GT Bicycles/Riteway Products (1990-2001). At Felt, John will be working in tandem with Beverly Lucas, Felt's West Coast Sales Manager, and will operate out of his hometown in Buffalo, NY.
John comments, “There are so many great people and things happening at Giant that it made it a very difficult decision to leave. However, when I looked closely at Felt and all of its similarities to the early years at GT where Bill and I worked together, I couldn't pass up the opportunity. He has developed a core culture that has translated into incredible products and a super-dynamic work environment. I am really looking forward to working with Bill and the team he's assembled, and to help grow the business on the East Coast.”
