Puma SE's Jochen Zeitz has announced his resignation as both a member and the chairman of its administrative board effective Nov. 30. Zeitz remains a member of the board of PPR SA, the main shareholder of Puma SE and also chairs the sustainability committee of PPR SA.
The administrative board of Puma SE will elect a new chairman with effect as of Dec. 1 in its regular meeting on Oct. 23.
