Jetset Pilates, the Reformer-based Pilates franchise, added four leadership hires to drive nationwide growth, including Alex Lyons as VP of Product and Talent, Christa Dellebovi as director of New Studio Openings and Business Management, Uri Kenig as head of Franchise Operations and Ricardo Quesada as VP of Marketing.
Founded in 2010 and franchised since 2022, company CEO Bert Albertse said, “As we expand, we don’t just build teams, we cultivate leaders who drive long-term success. “We’re thrilled to have Alex, Christa, Uri, and Ricardo join the Jetset family. Their expertise and innovation will strengthen our franchise operations, enhance instructor training and elevate the client experience as we grow.”
Alex Lyons, VP of product and talent, has over a decade of experience working in boutique fitness, including Flywheel Sports, House of Athlete, RE/GEN Method, and Equinox. Lyons specializes in instructor recruitment, talent development and fitness programming. Having worked with single-studio startups and established brands, she will use her “keen eye for developing scalable systems that enhance the Jetset experience.”
Christa Dellebovi, director of new studio openings and business management, has held key roles in franchise development, operations and instructor training at CycleBar, Orangetheory Fitness and Exponential Fitness, with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Her “expertise in strategic planning and execution will drive Jetset’s franchise expansion and optimize support for franchisees.”
Uri Kenig, head of franchise operations, has over 15 years in franchising and multi-unit management. Kenig has led operations at Burger King, Unrivaled Brands and HelloHive, “specializing in scaling businesses while maintaining brand integrity and driving profitability.” His expertise in “franchisee support and operational efficiencies will be instrumental in positioning Jetset Pilates as a premier global brand.”
Ricardo Quesada, VP of marketing, brings over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing and franchise growth, with a strong background in multi-location businesses. Having led marketing teams at Burn Boot Camp and Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, Quesada has a “proven track record of driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and franchisee success.”
Jetset Pilates plans to open studios across the U.S. and Australia, with over 100 studios in development.
