The JD Group, based in the U.K., announced plans to open its first JD Sports store in Canada in the second half of 2021.
According to a statement, JD Group will work with Vancouver-based Onepointfive Ventures to develop the JD Group in Canada. In February 2020, JD Group acquired Onepointfive Ventures, which owns four stores under the Livestock banner and a website trading as Deadstock.ca.
