JD Sports Fashion Plc announced that, after more than six years on the Board, Heather Jackson has stepped down from her position as a non-executive director.
Peter Cowgill, Executive Chairman, commented: “I would like to thank Heather for her valuable contribution to the Board throughout the last six years. The company also announced effective November 29, 2021, Mahbobeh Sabetnia has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mahbobeh has a strong background in digital growth working with global organizations and has held executive roles at Amazon.com, Inc, McDonald’s Corp., HSBC, and, most recently, Mars, Inc.
