JCPenney announced Forever 21 as the latest addition to its portfolio of fashion brands available in 100 JCPenney stores nationwide and online at jcpenney.com. Both JCPenney and Forever 21 are owned by Authentic Brands Group,
JCPenney said the move improves its position as a national retailer for teens and young adults.
