Jackson Kayak moved its manufacturing and warehouse facility under one 96,000 square foot roof in Sparta, TN.

Just 13 miles from the old site comprised of a 700 square foot building and 8700 square foot warehouse, Jackson Kayak’s new home is in a building that formerly housed The North Face, and known locally as the Red Cap building.

The new building obviously also provides room to keep pace with Jackson Kayak founder Eric “EJ” Jackson’s vision for the future. Currently ranked fourth in sales according to the latest outdoor industry retail audit, Jackson has his sights set on the top position.

“We have very ambitious plans for the upcoming years so moving to a larger facility will allow us to expand our production capabilities to keep pace with the growth we’re forecasting,” Jackson said.
