Altra’s new waterproof Wasatch Jacket and Lone Peak NeoShell Mid are ideal for year-round use.
The Wasatch Jacket (pictured above) is featured in Outside magazine’s 2017 Winter Gear Guide on newstands today!
The Wasatch Jacket is made of Altra’s ZeroH2O waterproof, breathable, stretchy, lightweight and quiet fabric. The jacket is 20K mm waterproof tested, 25K breathable with taped seams, offers watertight zippers around and laser cut ventilations on the underarms. Weighs just 9 ounces (men) and 7.8 ounces (women). Altra’s new ThumbLock cuff adjustable system features elastic thumb loops inside the cuff instead of on the sleeve. The fitted, three-piece hood with drip edge brim and an adjustable cinch cord offers head protection and fits under a cycling or climbing helmet. The jacket packs down into one of its hand pockets.
Made for trail runners or hikers, the all black Altra Lone Peak NeoShell Mid, (pictured above), is a lightweight alternative to the heavy, clunky waterproof trail shoe. Weighs just 13.3 ounces (men) and 11.4 ounces (women). The shoe features a mid-height cuff, 25 mm stack height, a waterproof Polartec NeoShell upper, DuraTread rubber outsole, TrailClaw lugs, and Gaiter Trap technology (gaiters sold separately). The Lone Peak has a zero drop sole, FootShape toe box and separate lasts for men and women.
