Isis has hired Pam Bates as the Isis field service representative. Bates will work closely with Isis retailers, the Isis sales staff as well as the Isis customer service and development team.

“Hiring a field rep for us is a huge step toward working more closely with our retailers to provide the tools they need to maximize Isis sales in their stores,”  said president and Isis co-founder Carolyn Cooke. “Pam will hit the road in October to present employee clinics at retailers throughout the country…”

Bates comes to Isis with over 10 years of retail experience as both a hardgoods and softgoods buyer, a retail manager and a marketing specialist in the outdoor industry.  Bates also worked as customer service manager at Level USA, overseeing 200 national accounts and 16 independent sales representatives.

“Having Pam in the field on a daily basis not only supports our retailers and our sales force, she also will be the on-the-ground eyes and ears of Isis,” remarked Jean Kissner, VP of operations. “Pam will be able to provide us with valuable feedback and input regarding service, marketing, in-store merchandising and opportunities within the marketplace.”
