Ironclad Performance Wear (ICPW), a global leader in safety and performance hand wear, has realigned and expanded its sales management team. These changes will further focus talented company sales teams to aggressively pursue key markets and opportunities.
Ron Broussard has joined Ironclad as its new senior vice president industrial sales. Broussard is a longtime glove industry executive, most recently with the Ansell Corporation.
In his new role, Broussard will direct industrial sales efforts for all of North America.

I am certain that Ron’s leadership will improve our success and drive us all to raise the performance bar higher.”
The company also announced that Michael Fowler has been promoted to senior vice president for retail sales.
