Innate, the Vancouver, BC designer of stainless steel food and drink containers, discovered tremendous opportunities for outdoor retailers while attending last week’s craft beer industry conference and trade show in Denver, CO.

Innate leaders said the show generated significant interest in its new collection of stainless steel vacuum growlers and beer sleeves.

“The burgeoning craft beer market, while outside of the traditional scope of the outdoor industry, is a tribe that provides ample opportunities for outdoor retailers to expand and broaden their core base of customers,” stated Innate’s Marketing Coordinator Michelle Baynton. “It’s amazing how simple, clean design is universally appreciated.”

Innate VP of Sales Robyn Gibson said the company's beer sleeves and craft growlers resonated with the audience.

Innate recently launched a Craft Beer collection, which builds on designs it has honed for the active travel and outdoor markets. For the show in Denver, it also partnered with Fyxation, the iconic Milwaukee-based creators of top-drawer urban cycling essentials, to design a custom American-made leather Craft Growler holder for bikes.

“Ultimately, we’re about creating clean designs for active travel, whether that’s during a backcountry adventure or traveling with your growler from your local craft brewery to an outdoor picnic,” said Greg Foweraker, Innate’s Managing Director. “After all, life’s too short for lousy beer or substandard gear.”
