Industrial Revolution has acquired the complete product line of Intova LLC, a Hawaii-based maker of waterproof action cameras and accessories.

Founded in Hawaii in 1995, Intova focuses on delivering high-quality, low-cost products, with unique feature sets. Starting with low cost Snap Sights cameras, the Intova product line has grown to include digital cameras, HD video cameras, and waterproof electronics.

While catering to the diving industry, Intova has interest in expanding their reach to broader audiences. With a robust following of outdoor enthusiasts around the world, Industrial Revolution was the clear choice of a partner to help them achieve this goal. Both Keith Jackson, CEO of Industrial Revolution, and Joe Ganahl, president of Intova LLC, are committed to making the transition seamless and successful, keeping Industrial Revolution focused on delivering high-quality products in a timely manner to all customers.

Moving forward, a small team of key employees will continue to support the Intova brand and the broader mission of Industrial Revolution from a new office in Honolulu. Ganahl’s attention will shift from overall management of the business to applying his talents towards developing new products and supporting key customers.

Industrial Revolution has been a leader in the outdoor industry for many years, developing innovative products that include Pedco camera accessories and mounts. This agreement will bring together Pedco and Intova lines of cameras and camera accessories. In the next few months, new products will be introduced to the Intova line.
