Indigo Equipment has hired three new sales representatives to cover the Rockies and Midwest territories for the growing Indigo brand, the company announced this week. Steve Srednick and Bobbi Bensman will represent Indigo in the Rockies, and Bill Gange will represent the company in the Midwest.
Srednick and Bensman, who are well-known throughout the Rockies territory for their clinic-oriented approach, bring 15 years of outdoor industry sales rep experience to their role with Indigo. Current and past brands they have represented in the region include Montrail, SockGuy, Big Agnes, Cloudveil, The North Face, G3, Trango, La Sportiva and Arcteryx. Both are avid climbers and skiers, and Bensman has been involved in the industry for 18 years as a sponsored athlete for La Sportiva, Petzl, Danskin and Pearl Izumi. She was also a member of the U.S. Climbing Team. Srednick and Bensman will cover Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, Nebraska and Kansas.
In the Midwest, Gange and brings an insiders perspective on outdoor buyers needs. His background includes five years in the industry, including stints as a buyer and manager of Inland Coast Traders-The North Face Store in Duluth, Minn., a buyer at The Duluth Pack Store, and customer and dealer service manager for Granite Gear. Other lines Gange represents include Gramicci and Icebreaker. Also an outdoorsman, Gange enjoys rock and ice climbing, snowboarding, paddle sports, hunting and fishing. He will cover Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, North and South Dakota, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.
