When Iconix Brand Group, Inc. purchased Ocean Pacific from Warnaco in October for $54 million, the company said that it “can expand OP's international business further and significantly grow the brand's penetration in the U.S.” Those plans, however, will not be occuring from the west coast as the company has closed down OP's Irvine, Calif. offices.
Calls to Ocean Pacific's corporate number received a recording directing all calls to Iconix' number in New York Cit.
