Ibex Outdoor Clothing hired Ken Stone as global production director.
Stone's outdoor industry career began 21 years ago at Black Diamond where he worked both on the operations side of the business in supply chain as well as on the product side in product development. Stone, a New England native and avid outdoor athlete, has relocated to Vermont where he looks forward to nordic ski racing this winter and running in the Boston Marathon in the Spring.
In his role at Ibex, Stone’s responsibilities comprise everything that happens between the initial commercialization of a product and receiving it into the warehouse. His duties include: product costing, sourcing, production planning, supply chain management, materials management and quality control.
