Hype and Vice (H&V), a Los Angeles-based startup making college licensed apparel for women, has raised $1.5 million in a seed round led by Founders Fund’s Delian Asparouhov.

According to Forbes, participation also included Soma Capital, USC Marshall Venture Fund, and angel investors such as Jessica Livingston, co-founder of Y Combinator. Developed by USC Alumni Kim Robles 26, and Cecelia Gonzales, 25, Hype and Vice’s goal is to create “cute, trendy, and fashionable” university apparel for women to wear on any occasion.
