Bordan Shoe Co. has entered into a licensing agreement to sell Hi-Tec
Athletic footwear within the U.S.  and Canada . Hi-Tec Athletic is
being launched for SS08, and features product for running, trail
running, walking and cross-training.  Target distribution points
include sporting goods, big box/family footwear and specialty athletic
retailers, with orders slated to ship March 2008.

Bordan Shoe, founded in 1987 and based in Los Angeles , is primarily a
reseller of branded athletic footwear. According to the company’s
website, “high-profile companies such as Puma, Lotto, Asics, and
Skechers trust us to sell a large portion of their excess or
discontinued inventory.”
 
Bill Berta, president of sales & marketing for Hi-Tec Sports USA,
said, “We are very excited about partnering with Bordan Shoe Company to
establish an athletic footwear business in
North America .  Bordan has strong existing relationships with key
retailers, and we believe they will apply the appropriate resources to
develop a successful athletic footwear business for Hi-Tec Sports USA.”

technology in our running styles with 4:SYS and we hope to expand upon
that proven technology, bringing something new and advanced to the
