Health Canada warned consumers Wednesday to stop using the KUFA 3 tent sold by the Army and Navy Department Stores discount chain because it fails to meet flammability standards, the Vancouver Sun reported.

Health Canada said the tent uses material in its sides, top and netting that could easily catch fire if exposed to flame or a campfire spark and cause severe burns to users.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the tents and return them to the retailer for a full refund.

Army and Nave Department Stores sold more than 2,000 of the tents in Canada between February 2008 and June. The tent also lack accurate warnings required for flammable products.
