The Headrest Safe Company, LLC, based in Homewood, AL, announced that Louis Tuck accepted the position as chief operations officer and chief financial officer.
As COO, Tuck will carry out the plans and procedures of the CEO, including overseeing operational policies and procedures, planning, maintenance, compliance, efficiency, and human resources. As CFO, Tuck manages all aspects of the company’s financial actions.
Tuck was a partner in a Top 30 accounting and tax advisory firm. His practice served privately held companies in the real estate, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. His specialty was tax planning and consulting, estate planning and wealth management.
He was also an investor in a mattress retailer and a manufacturer of hunting camouflage patterns.
