Head NV said that beginning in September the new collection of 2008/09 HEAD Skiwear will be shipped and serviced by Head Canada Inc.
Additionally, the new collection of HEAD Racquet Sportswear for Spring/Summer 2009 delivery will be presented to the Canadian retail market by HEAD Canada beginning this fall.
In Canada, HEAD Sportswear will be managed by Laura Lalonde. LaLonde has had an extensive career in Sportswear and Skiwear in Canada and most recently successfully led the launch of Head Sportswear. Her extensive background in sportswear sales and product development will be a great asset to our organization.
Nex Lvl, a distributor, had the Canadian distribution rights for Head ski apparel for the 2008 booking season as well as the licenses for Head tennis and golf apparel. It has relinquished both licenses and Head Canada Inc. has taken over distribution rights for ski apparel and tennis.
