HEAD/Penn Racquet Sports announced several strategic organizational changes for the New Year including restructured territories, a new Regional Sales Manager and a new Business Manager for Penn.

Penn announces its new Business Manager, Jennifer Parker, effective immediately. Parker is the former Communications Manager for HEAD/Penn and Product Manager for Penn Accessories. Her knowledge of the industry and HEAD/Penn will prove invaluable in this new role. As Penn Business Manager, Parker is now responsible for managing all aspects of the Penn business including branding, packaging, point-of-sale and sales programs.

In an effort to best fit regional climates and retailer and consumer purchase patterns, HEAD/Penn is restructuring its sales territories. Former Eastern Regional Manager John Tranfaglia is now responsible for the newly formed Northern region. Tranfaglia’s territory will include his current northeastern markets as well as markets south to Virginia and throughout the upper Midwest. Rich Neighbor will continue as Western Regional Manager with no market changes.

Effective January 1, 2004, Kai Nitsche will become the newest HEAD/Penn team member as Regional Sales Manager for the Southern region. Kai will bring a blended expertise to HEAD/Penn thanks to his marketing, sales and product manager experience. He’s worked in both the racquet and ball industries making him a perfect fit for his new duties. Kai will manage the region stretching from North Carolina to Florida and west to Texas and the Central Midwest.
