HTM Sport GmbH, a subsidiary of Head, announced that all of the resolutions put to the annual general meeting of shareholders on May 27 were approved. Richard Hurowitz was appointed as new member of the Supervisory Board.
As of May 27, shares in Head NV issued as part of the HTM Bond Exchange Offer were admitted to trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange. On May 25, Senior Secured Notes issued in August 2009 by HTM Sport GmbH were admitted to the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and can be traded on the Euro MTF Market of that Exchange.
