Haro continues to expand the organization, adding long-time industry veteran Taylor Troney to its inside sales team. Troney held similar roles at Shimano and Speedplay. He has both a supplier sales and retail background.
“Adding a veteran like Taylor to our inside team is icing on the cake,” commented Haro Director of North American Sales James Ayres. “We already have the best independent territory managers in the game so this will round out our sales team from all sides. The team is backed by our revamped B2B platform that’s simple and easy to navigate. As we prepare to introduce new bike models this spring, we’re providing the backbone to make it even easier for dealers to work with Haro.” continued Ayres.
When asked what attracted Troney to the brand, he said: “Haro’s values and its innovation in the action sports and performance cycling landscape. I’m excited to work alongside a team of people with vast experience in the cycling industry who are focused on taking the brand to the next level. I have seen a small glimpse of what’s coming, and it’s impressive. I’m looking forward to the journey ahead and taking Haro 2.0 even further.”
Led by Lars Hjort, chief commercial officer, and Ayres, Troney and the team are expected to continue to provide best-in-class, IBD-friendly support to Haro’s 30-plus-person sales force.
