GT Bicycles appointed Jason Schiers as managing director. Schiers will oversee the brand’s strategy and forward vision.
Most recently, Schiers led the R&D for Selle Royal brands focused on Crank Brothers product development and quality. He worked for Reynolds Cycling in the early 2000s and later founded Enve Composites in Utah.
GT said Schiers’ experience in product design, sourcing, brand building, and industry knowledge would benefit the company as a global BMX, mountain bike and gravel brand.
