Samsonite International reported currency-neutral sales grew 21.3 percent on a currency-neutral basis at Gregory and 3.3 percent.

Samsonite International said Gregory’s sales were driven by Japan.

On a reported basis, Gregory’s sales rose 22.2 percent to $18 million from $14.8 million. High Sierra’s revenues reached $14.9 million from $14.5 million. Figures are in U.S. dollars.

In the nine months, net sales of the Gregory brand increased 20.6 percent (+21.9 percent constant currency), to $52.9 million, driven primarily by Japan. Net sales of the High Sierra brand decreased by 9.1 percent (-8.2 percent constant currency) to $54.2 million, year-on-year due to decreases in North America and Asia.
