GoPro, Inc. has appointed Mike Dennison, CEO of Fox Factory Holding Corp., and Emily Culp, chief brand and strategy officer of BodyHealth, to its Board of Directors.

GoPro noted that, as CEO of Fox Factory Holding Corp, Dennison oversees more than $1.4 billion in business operations across twenty-nine locations globally. Dennison also serves on the Board of Directors of Fox Factory Holding Corp., Solo Brands, Inc., and K&N Holdco, LLC (K&N Filters), where he is chairman of the Board.

As chief brand and strategy officer of BodyHealth, a nutritional supplement company, Culp scaled revenues from the single teens to more than $140 million from 2021 to 2025. Before her role at BodyHealth, Culp served as CEO of Cover FX Skincare Inc., a clean beauty brand. Culp is currently a board member at privately held companies Stio and Cordial.

“Emily is an experienced chief marketing officer and board advisor with hands-on experience across a broad range of consumer businesses. We expect Emily to have a positive impact on GoPro’s business and welcome her aboard,” said Woodman.
