Golftec will open an instruction and club fitting center in Tampa, its 16th location in Florida, at 18047 Highwoods Preserve Pkwy.
The 2,837-square-foot facility features four indoor bays, powered by TecSwing launch monitors from Foresight Sports with ball flight images projected onto hitting screens. Each bay is also equipped with OptiMotion, a motion-tracking device that measures golf swings. The location also includes an indoor putting green and lessons enhanced by TecPutt, a motion technology that analyzes face angle, loft and path direction of putting strokes.
The center will be staffed by a veteran team of certified coaches, led by the Center Manager and Director of Instruction Zach Zacharko, who has been with Golftec since 2019 and has given more than 5,000 lessons.
Golftec has more than 240 locations worldwide.
