Golftec reported it opened an instruction and club fitting center in Tacoma, WA.
The 3,425-square-foot facility at 3815 S. Steele Street features four indoor bays powered by Tecswing using launch monitors from Foresight Sports for lessons, club fitting and practice. The bays are equipped with OptiMotion, a motion-tracking device that measures golf swings. The center also includes an indoor putting green and offers lessons enhanced by TecPutt, a motion technology that analyzes face angle, loft and path direction of putting strokes.
Golftec Tacoma also features the company’s enhanced custom club fitting program and is staffed by a veteran team of certified coaches led by Center Manager and Director of Instruction Brian Walley, a PGA associate who has been with Golftec since 2016 and has given more than 9,000 lessons.
Golftec has over 240 centers worldwide.
