With over 18 years of industry experience, Golftec hired Tom Reilly as chief human resources officer.
Reilly has led human resources at Troon, Billy Casper Golf and Indigo Golf Partners and is said to “bring a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, organizational development and workforce management,” to the role according to Golftec.

At Troon, Reilly was the SVP of human resources, leading the development, direction and oversight of its over 35,000-plus employees across 45 states and 30 countries. Before Troon, Reilly was VP of human resources at Indigo Golf Partners, formerly Billy Casper Golf, acquired by Troon in 2020, overseeing the world’s fifth-largest portfolio of golf courses, country clubs and resorts.
