Golf Rounds Played Dip In July

According to Golf Datatech, golf rounds played on a national level were down 1.6 percent in July 2017 compared to July 2016.

Declining regions included South Atlantic, 5.3 percent; East North Central, 4.1 percent; Mid Atlantic, 3.8 percent; New England, 1.7 percent; Mountain, 0.9 percent

Gainers included West North Central, 4.6 percent; Pacific, 1.8 percent; South Central, 0.2 percent;

Year-to-date rounds played is down 3.3 percent.
