According to Golf Datatech, golf rounds played in November were down 11.3 percent compared to November 2012.

By region, the East North Central region saw the largest decline in rounds played, down 44.7 percent. Other declines were seen in West North Central, 37.2 percent; South Central, 22.2 percent; New England, 9.8 percent; Mountain, 4.8 percent; South Atlantic, also 4.8 percent; and Mid Atlantic, 1.8 percent. The one positive region was the Pacific, up 12.3 percent.

Public access play was down 10.1 percent and private course activity was down 14.9 percent. There were 3730 contributing golf courses used in this report.
