Golf rounds continued to recover with a 13.9 percent gain in June following the reopening of golf courses across the country, according to Golf Datatech. For the year-to-date period, rounds played are now down 1.7 percent.

In May, golf rounds were up 6.2 percent.

In June, the strongest gain by region was South Central, up 21.8 percent; followed by South Atlantic, ahead 19.8 percent; Mid-Atlantic, 17.8 percent; West North Central, 12.9 percent; Mountain, 12.0 percent; New England, 8.8 percent; and Pacific, 6.4 percent.
