Gerber, a producer of personal knives, tools and gear, promoted Tom Diefenderfer to vice president of sales, Americas.
“Tom has been with Gerber since March of 2013 and has made tremendous contributions to our business by growing the Home Center, Hardware and Industrial channels,” said Rob Kass, president of Gerber. “Tom has consistently demonstrated a passion for achieving company goals balanced by a disciplined approach to planning and team development. We look forward to his continued contributions as part of our leadership team.”
Tom will oversee the Gerber sales organization in the Americas, including internal directors, managers, coordinators and the customer service team, as well as Gerber’s external sales partners. He will report directly to Kass.
