Global Brand Marketing Inc. has acquired the trademark and brand Fun Flopps, a truly unique, fun and whimsical line of sandals from Fun Flopps founder, Linda Spann, of Santa Barbara, CA. GBMI has also agreed to license from Linda Spann the distinctive technology related to the Fun Flopps product, which incorporates fastening devices to adorn fun trinkets and such to footwear. The purchase of the brand name Fun Flopps will be GBMI’s first foray into the large sandal category.
