Gared and Performance Sports Systems (PSS), both part of Gared Holdings, LLC., reportedly merged the businesses to form Gared Performance Sports Systems.
Gared Performance Sports Systems combined its two maintenance and safety programs and introduced its Orange Zone Maintenance and Service Program.
Gared celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2022, and PSS has been in business for over 90 years.
Gared, based in Noblesville, IN, said, “Together as one unified brand, we are proud to provide a complete lifecycle of services for any sports facility, including project conception, design, construction, and maintenance—truly everything needed for all athletes to get in the game.”
