Gander Outdoors, formerly known as Gander Mountain, set grand opening celebrations for re-opened stores in Appleton, WI and Fort Worth, TX.
The store in Fort Worth is at at 6001 Quebec Street. The 45,000-square-foot location is one of the retailer’s four planned facilities in Texas.
The Appleton stores is at 535 North Westhill Boulevard. The 28,000-square-foot location is one of the retailer’s ten planned facilities in Wisconsin, with additional sites being considered.
Grand opening celebrations are set for Saturday, May 12.
Camping World bought Gander Mountain assets in bankruptcy court in May 2017 and is beginning to reopen many of the chain’s stores. Camping World’s other banners include Erehwon Mountain Outfitters, Overton’s, The House, Rock/Creek Outfitters, Uncle Dan’s and Windward/W82.
