Gander Mountain Company signed a deal with Crystal-Pierz Marine, who will provide its expertise in retail boat sales to Gander Mountain. Crystal-Pierz Marine consultants will train sales associates in Gander Mountain's stores in Forest Lake, Minn., and Baxter, Minn., as well as provide support for customer financing and back office functions. In addition to the Stratos® boat line that Gander Mountain currently sells, the partnership will include Glastron® and other Genmar brands.
Customers in those stores will have access to Crystal-Pierz Marine's inventory of over 1,200 boats, giving them much more choice as they shop for boats. Gander Mountain will continue to offer Yamaha's G3 line of boats as well as kayaks and canoes.
