Bruin Capital reached an agreement with North Castle Partners to acquire a controlling interest in Full Swing, known for its golf simulators.
North Castle will remain a shareholder, and the new alliance will accelerate Carlsbad, CA-based Full Swing’s global expansion and the introduction of new consumer products and gaming businesses in golf and other sports.
Full Swing, known for its patented dual-tracking technology, is a producer of multi-sport simulators for commercial, residential and entertainment venues offering 13 sports experiences. Pro golfers Tiger Woods, Jon Rahm and Jordan Spieth use the brand’s simulator for training purposes.
Full Swing simulators are also the center of long-term exclusive relationships with the PGA Tour and Golf Channel. The simulators can also be found in Topgolf Swing Suites nationwide through another long-term partnership.
