Full Stack Supply Co. (FSSC), the parent of Faction Skis, Phantom footwear and United Shapes snowboards, announced that the company hired several key sales reps across North America.

The hires come as FSSC launches Phaenom footwear globally, with an inaugural product collection of performance freeski boots with patent-pending technology and circular design.

Phaenom will debut in 240 retail doors globally in its first year, bolstering FSSC’s revenue growth. FSSC reported in a media release that it “grew +15 percent this past year, driven by double-digit growth at Faction, and three times growth of United Shapes snowboards.”

The new hires to the company’s sales team reportedly have “deep product knowledge and extensive industry experience, strengthening FSSC’s existing sales team in the US and Canada. They include:

Midwest | Parallel 45 Sales Agency
Parallel 45 Sales Agency will join FSSC in September 2024 and represent Faction, Phaenom and United Shapes across the Midwest/Great Lakes region. Led by owner and principal rep Doug Scott, with Sarah Krause (Midwest) and Bryce Bradley (Great Lakes). Parallel 45 also represents Mountain Hardwear, Maloja and Deuter. Their deep network in the Midwest will help expand FSSC’s presence and support for regional retail partners.

Rockies | Joe Rizzo, Big Biz Riz LLC
Joe Rizzo, through his agency Big Biz Riz LLC, joined FSSC in September 2024 to represent United Shapes snowboards in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. Rizzo covers the Rocky Mountain territory for Vans and has spent nearly a decade representing Burton in the Rockies and Southern California.

Pacific Northwest | Seymour Sales Group
The Seymour Sales Group, led by Thomas Seymour and Carleigh Garrett, joined FSSC in the fall of 2023. Representing Faction and Phaenom across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Idaho, the sales group’s expertise spans multiple premium brands, including Rab, La Sportiva, Prana, Olukai, and Livsn.

Pacific Northwest | Luke Yates
Luke Yates joined FSSC in the fall of 2023, covering United Shapes snowboards across the Pacific Northwest region, including Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Idaho. With over 16 years of experience representing Vans in the area, Luke’s deep understanding of the snowboard market positions him to effectively drive United Shapes’ PNW growth.

Rockies |Jackson Boyle
Jackson Boyle has been with FSSC since fall 2023, initially covering California and Nevada. Now, his territory has expanded to include Eastern Colorado. Previously part of Powder7, Jackson’s hands-on experience in customer service, boot fitting and ski sales adds a valuable layer of expertise to FSSC’s retail support in this market.
