Franklin Retail Solutions has named Joe Urzetta VP business development. Urzetta will be based in Southern California. He is an experienced leader who will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships and the development of new accounts.
Urzetta comes to FRS from Callaway Golf, where he was Senior VP, Americas. Prior to Callaway, he was Strategic Sales Manager at Nike.
“Joe’s prior experience managing a $500 million business for Callaway Golf in the US, Canada and Latin America, and his 25 years of industry expertise will help lead Franklin to its next stage of growth, “ stated Peter Goehrig, president of FRS.
Urzetta is the first of three new key executives to be added to Franklin’s executive team this fall. Franklin Retail Solutions, which is based in Boulder, CO., plans to continue to enhance and grow the breadth and depth of services, which now include in-store merchandising, educational marketing services and consultative services for retailers and vendors in the Sporting Goods, Outdoor and Active Lifestyle Industries.
