Jay Crosson has joined the Dick's Sporting Goods as Senior Vice President – Human Resources.
Mr. Crosson joins Dick's with 25 years of human resources experience, most recently as Executive Vice President – Human Resources for Office Depot, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the full range of human resource systems and processes for the company. At Office Depot, Mr. Crosson successfully led the implementation of leadership and organizational development processes, designed a corporate transformation process, redesigned compensation programs, and created the first diversity office. Mr. Crosson was also employed at Sherwin-Williams in a number of progressive Human Resources roles, including Vice President – Human Resources for both the Stores Group and the Diversified Brands Division, where he served as the Chief Human Resources executive for these groups.
