Foot Locker said in a regulatory filing that Pawan Verma, executive vice president and chief information and customer connectivity officer, announced his intention to resign from Foot Locker, Inc., effective October 31, 2020, in order to pursue another opportunity.
Verma’s employment agreement will terminate on October 31.
He joined Foot Locker in August 2015. His previous experience includes stints at Target and Verizon.
