Outdoor Retailer unveiled the floorplan and events and education schedule for the Outdoor + Snow Show 2020.

The show runs January 29-31, 2020, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, with the second annual Outdoor Retailer Innovation Awards presented by PayPal Credit on the second night.

“Outdoor + Snow Show is the essential industry event for the outdoor and snow communities,” said Marisa Nicholson, Outdoor Retailer senior vice president and show director. “The days at the show can shape your brand and business, and this is your chance to connect and collaborate in person, see what’s new and trending, and get inspired. With snow and outdoor in one place, we’re excited to experience the combined energy and grow our industries together.”

New and established brands from across the outdoor and snowsports industries will exhibit throughout all three levels of the Colorado Convention Center. Featured areas include a redesigned Venture Out, dedicated to modern outdoor trends, and the return of Scandinavian Village and LUXE. For the design community, SOURCE will host the Textile Repurposing Station and new function-focused fabric boards alongside materials suppliers, and it remains home to the Trend + Design Center. The current floorplan and list of exhibitors are available at outdoorretailer.com and will continue to update in the lead-up to the show.

The show education schedule will generate ideas and inspiration for retailers and brands. Speakers and panel sessions will cover trends and opportunities, addressing topics such as sustainability, marketing strategy, trade and tariffs, diversity, and the latest in gear. Education begins prior to the show with Snowsports Industries America’s (SIA) Industry + Intelligence sessions (January 28-31) and Outdoor Industry Association’s (OIA) Sustainability Working Group (January 27-28) and continues through the show.

From morning breakfasts to evening networking, the events schedule also offers attendees a chance to connect. Night 2 of the show features back-to-back celebrations – the second annual Outdoor Retailer Innovation Awards presented by PayPal Credit will be immediately followed by Night of Stoke.

The Outdoor Retailer Innovation Awards presented by PayPal Credit recognize innovations in outdoor products, materials, and retail services, and winners will be revealed live starting at 6:30 p.m. in the Four Seasons Ballroom at the convention center. The ceremony is open to registered attendees and media, and all finalists will be on display in the Innovation Gallery throughout the show.

Presented by Winter Wildlands Alliance and Backcountry Film Festival, the third annual Night of Stoke winter edition continues the tradition of celebrating the outdoor community at Outdoor + Snow Show. Spend a night with an exclusive lineup of films and shared experiences from outdoor adventurers, athletes, and activists who are turning passion into action. The festival will be held at the Bellco Theater immediately following the Innovation Awards (8 p.m.). It’s free to all show badge holders and open to the public with admission – ticket details and the film lineup will be announced soon.
Outdoor + Snow Show is followed by the SIA/WWSRA On-Snow Demo from February 3-4 at Winter Park (ski and snowboard) and February 3 at Devil’s Thumb Ranch (Nordic). The industry’s largest international on-snow demo, attendees can test the latest equipment and accessories from both up-and-coming and established brands. Demo registration is open and additional Winter Park lift ticket discounts are available for attendees.

Registration and housing are open for Outdoor + Snow Show. The show is co-located with Winter Sports Market (January 26-28, 2020), the annual trade show for specialty retailers and invited suppliers co-hosted by Snowsports Merchandising Corp. (SMC) and Sports Specialists Ltd. (SSL), and is followed by the SIA/WWSRA On-Snow Demo.
