Fleet Feet is planning to open a second store in Pittsburgh in the near future. Look for more news next week on details once the store is open.

“At Fleet Feet Pittsburgh, our mission is to inspire and empower the runner in everyone,” said Deb Doyle, Fleet Feet’s district manager for the Northeast. “Our entire team is committed to making running as accessible as possible in Pittsburgh. We’re thrilled to support and serve the East End community and look forward to bringing our personalized service, expertise and passion to these runners, walkers and fitness enthusiasts.”

The store is the second Fleet Feet location in Pittsburgh and the fourth in Pennsylvania. The Bethel Park location opened in 2001 as a locally-owned franchise. Last year, with the retirement of owner Bob Shooer, it transitioned to a company-owned site.
