Fleet Feet, the largest franchisor of run specialty stores in the U.S., reported that new franchisee Pablo Martinez has opened a Fleet Feet store in Miami, FL, the brand’s first store in the city, in the Country Walk Plaza.

Martinez, a local entrepreneur from Guatemala, has been a Miami resident for 25 years. He said he was inspired to open a Fleet Store after attending the 2023 The Running Event (TRE), where he discovered the Fleet Feet brand.

An avid athlete, Martinez said, “We are so excited to bring Fleet Feet to Miami. My family and I believe Fleet Feet’s community-first approach will resonate with local runners. Whether someone is just starting out or training for their next race, we can’t wait to share our passion for running and build a sense of community.”

“We are thrilled to be opening our first location in Miami,” said John Moloznik, vice president of retail development at Fleet Feet. “This city is vibrant and diverse with a growing fitness culture, and we look forward to watching Pablo, Susan and Pablo, Jr. thrive in this new venture.”
