Swedish outdoor brand Fjällräven added a flagship retail brand center near its North American headquarters in Boulder, CO. Located at 1048 Pearl Street, the retail space is the brand’s 17th North American door. Fjällräven first opened shop in Boulder in fall 2013.

After the brand’s original retail location experienced success and the brand itself gained momentum stateside, an upgraded store was deemed necessary to support growth within the Rockies region and increase product experience for consumers.

As with Fjällräven’s other retail brand centers, the Boulder space offers itself as a hub for outdoor enthusiasts while representing Fjällräven’s philosophy of making the outdoors accessible to more people at all experience levels. It also taps into the brand’s expressed commitment to sustainable design and corporate responsibility, which fits Boulder’s outdoor-friendly reputation.

The upgraded Boulder store carries an assortment of the brand’s sustainable outerwear, apparel, backpacks, accessories and gear for men, women and kids. The Boulder location will be staffed with a team of gear experts to assist customers.

Fjällräven will mark the grand opening of its Boulder flagship with a celebration on Thursday, September 29, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The festivities will include screenings of select works premiering in the Adventure Film Festival, entertainment from Americana folk group Kind Hearted Strangers and complementary drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
