Fila announced an exclusive arrangement to sell the Fila Sport brand to
Kohl’s. Under the agreement, Kohl’s will license and develop (in
collaboration with Fila) apparel product under the Fila Sport label,
while Fila will make Fila Sport footwear exclusively available to
Kohl’s. Kohl’s will offer Fila Sport men’s, women’s and kid’s
footwear apparel and accessories starting in Fall 2008.

Said Jon Epstein, CEO of Fila, in an exclusive interview with Sports
Executive Weekly, “This arrangement gives us an opportunity to do a lot
of exclusive business with an important mid market retailer while being
able to freely sell the Fila brand into the broader market.”
